Legalization of documents

If you wish to legalize documents from a foreign country for use in Spain, you must follow the steps below, bearing in mind that there are occasions in which prior legalization in other official bodies is necessary.

It should be noted that countries do not belong to the Hague Apostille Convention group.

  1. Send us the documents.

The originals of the documentation together with the authorization and a copy of your identity card or passport with your signature and, if possible, attach a sheet with your personal data and a postal address for its return.

We will initiate the process as soon as we receive this information.

  1. After previous legalizations.

The legalization of the document will be requested on the same day.

  1. Return of document.

When the legalization is ready, the document will be returned to its holder and he/she will receive it within one day.

The legalization period is usually around 2-3 working days.
